Terms and Conditions
This is our terms and conditions document for ordering a wedding cake with us. Wedding cakes take a lot of time and effort to make perfect and exactly as you want for your special day so we ask that you adhere to the following terms and conditions.
1) A 50% deposit is required upon signing. This deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable.*
*Should you need to cancel an order, your deposit will be refunded up until one month before the event. If cancellation should occur less than one month before the event the deposit will not be refunded.

2) The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event date and must be paid at Beat. Patisserie (101-1185 Oceola Rd) either by cash, debit, Mastercard, or Visa

3) Any changes made to the order after signing can affect the price originally agreed upon. No changes can be made one month or less prior to the event.
4) Delivery and set up charges are determined on a case by case basis and will be decided upon before signing.

5) Once the cake has been delivered and set up we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur. The client is responsible for providing an appropriate and secure environment for the cake(s). Cakes are very heavy and require a sturdy table and a room temperature of 23 degrees or below.

6) If you or your representatives decide to pick up or set up the cake you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Beat. Patisserie’s possession.

7) Our products may contain or may have come in contact with nuts, milk, wheat, soy and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and we assume no liability for any allergic reactions that may occur.
